Jay arrived at 7:59 and the appointment was at 8 am. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very diligent about his work. Jay took his time to educate me on what he was doing and why he was doing it, I never felt rushed or like I couldn’t ask a question. He also explained ways to save money on my electric bill and prolong the life of my unit. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.

If you need A/C repairs in St. Lucie county, or neighboring counties, this is the best company to call. The owner Jay Lund does the work himself. Not only are the prices great, but Jay is really conscientious about everything he does. As he explains all the extra things he is doing, you learn that premium quality and reasonable pricing can come in one package. Jay has done numerous repairs and new systems for me on rental homes and my personal residence.

Just  when you think that the days of good customer service are a thing of the past you  find a gem like ARTIC AIR. My a/c went down on a Monday evening fan motor would not come on, it was 7:30 in the evening I called Artic Air hoping to get an answering machine so I could leave a message and pray for an opening the next day. To my surprise someone actually answered the call. it was Jay, the owner of the Company, he said that they were still working, I asked if he could have a service man available to check out my unit on Tuesday and he responded with " if you are going to be home I will come by this evening and check it out tonight." I thought "WOW" i wonder what this is going to cost for an after hours services call, I was assured that the call would only be the standard  charge of $75.00. they came out and diagnosed the problem even though the could not fix the problem that evening they got the parts needed to fix the problem the very next morning, and we had it working by noon. It is really nice to know that there are people like Jay and his Company that can and will go out of their way for exceptional customer service. Just give them a call and find out for yourself.

The owner, Jay, will tell you there are many steps in a correct air conditioning system installation. The initial installers of my Trane system obviously didn’t know that.  The unit in the home I purchased was only five years old when it failed.  Jay found that there were many leaks in the coils and other things that would contribute to the unit not running at optimal efficiency and health risks.  He gave me a quote to do the repairs.  Because there were so many things wrong in the initial installation, what should have been a four-hour job turned into over seven hours.  Jay stayed true to his quote and did not charge me for the extra hours and, in fact, put in parts at his own expense.  When you want it done right the first time, call Jay at Artic Air Conditioning and Heating.

The owner of the company is very good at what he does. He not only does what he needs to do,but he also explains everything very well.
 For several months now I have had issues with my AC unit.  Which by the way is it only almost 2 years old.  It constantly would freeze and I would have to call another company to fix the issue once a month.  I have no doubt that Jay will fix my issue as he need to come again in about a week to check if everything is working fine or if  other things need to be fix.  As of now I have a really ARTIC    house. Just how I like it ! 😊
